Every week, the OpenZoo Team meets creators who offer their NFT creations on our marketplace, in order to get to know them better. This week we caught up with a creator who doesn’t forget to showcase the human side in the wilderness, Zoo Visitors

Welcome Zoo Visitors, please introduce yourself to our readers.

Hello! My name is Jade and I’m from the Middle East. I love pixel art and I’m an AI developer. I love any type of games and enjoy playing video games.

How long have you been in the NFT market?

I’ve been in the NFT market since January 2022 and started my first NFT project on OpenZoo.

Where did you first hear of OpenZoo?

It was from play2earn.net! I was browsing their site and found a game under development called ZooRacers. I followed the website and the Medium articles until I got onto OpenZoo. It was a good fortune for me that I found the platform.

Why choose OpenZoo over other marketplaces?

The main reason for me is that OpenZoo is really user-friendly and working on it is super simple. Low fees is another reason that could be important to most people.

Also, a gamer always chooses a great game community over all other marketplaces!

What does OpenZoo bring to the table, and why have you chosen it as your minting platform?

There is a story behind OpenZoo for me. This awesome zoo-themed marketplace is like an endless journey to a world of animals and all other great things that could bring joy to all of us. Also you can directly talk to the ZooKeeper Team and this makes the community feel like a great family.

What are your creations about and how did you get inspired to make them?

I have two collections I’m working on; Zoo Visitors and Warriors of Time. Zoo Visitors is everything to me and I create it to introduce a lot of unknown and known characters to the OpenZoo community.

Zoo Visitors has some famous characters that usually a lot of people may recognize, but there are some characters that only some cultures may know about. I got inspired by a lot of great characters from different worlds.

Warriors of Time is a project that I’ve been inspired to create from role-playing games, especially Dungeons & Dragons. And also some characters from my own fantasy world who have their own unique stories.

Have your artistic creations successfully met their public and customers on OpenZoo?

For Zoo Visitors absolutely yes! But for Warriors of Time, not yet.

The reason I have my focus on Zoo Visitors and I’m waiting for more development on Warriors of Time is that I need a whole new team for those Warriors.

What is your favorite personal NFT creation and can you tell us a bit about it?

My favorite is Zoo Visitors #41. The process of creating #41 was a unique experience for me. It was like being a director of a movie. The idea came up to create something more unique for the Zoo.

What kind of creative process do you use in your NFT development? Is your focus on traditional or digital art processes?

Digital art for sure! Actually I search and study a lot about different characters to create my Zoo Visitors.

I have a team of five members. We have one blockchain developer, one web designer, two artists and one person for marketing and we are looking for more team members.

How do you communicate and promote your creations online?

Usually through ZooKeeper Telegram group and Zoo Visitors Telegram and Twitter. Also, we use the official OpenZoo NFT promotion group on Telegram.

What are your future plans? Any new collections on the horizon?

OpenZoo is getting bigger every day. Starting projects in the early days of OpenZoo gives us a great opportunity to stand tall in the NFT market. We have some upcoming collections. The one we are working very hard on at the moment is Collection X

I also have a lot of ideas for Warriors of Time and I want to make it a role-playing game. I don’t have enough people to do it right now but I will be making the dream reality in the future.

Tell us about the evolution of your current project?

Zoo Visitors is going to be an NFT staking project. There is a complete article on Medium about this that you can check here — Staking Zoo Visitors.

The main motivation behind this is to change this project into something that could give some rewards to holders who have been our supporters, those who bought and promoted this project and it was really important for me to share some profits with them.

The next step for Zoo Visitors is Collection X. This collection will have much more property than Zoo Visitors, but holding some Zoo Visitors items will provide more profits. Breeding from two NFTs to create a new unique one will also be a feature of Collection X.

Which artists do you admire the most?

My favorite one is definitely Alfred Hitchcock. I always remember a quote from Hitchcock saying “Ideas come from everything”; so don’t be afraid to create something new.

Is there any artist collaboration planned for your project?

We have had collaborations with Small Arms Syndicate and Gullet Stuffer. I am sure we will have some more collaborations with other artists in the future. It will be surprise!

What are your thoughts on the exponential development of NFTs within the crypto realm, and beyond?

We are in the era of technology and everything is getting a digital concept for itself. If you can’t understand this concept and evaluation, there will be a really hard future for you. Every traditional concept is turning into a modern one and a day will come that you need to live in a virtual world, and NFTs are just a beginning for that era.

What would you like to say to people who are skeptical about the NFT market?

Every market has its own pros and cons. As an investor, you should choose wisely from this ocean. Concerning art, buy whatever you like and enjoy your collection.

Someday you may need to build your own museum in the Metaverse!

Thank you Zoo Visitors for sharing your passion and your projects as well as your vision of the NFT realm. I’m sure that our community is now more aware about your work and the direction it is taking.
